Subscription Terms and Conditions for Trendsetters by Trending Travel

1. Subscription Overview
   By subscribing to Trendsetters, a service offered by Trending Travel, you agree to receive periodic communications via email, WhatsApp, and other channels you provide. These communications include, but are not limited to, promotional offers, influencer opportunities, travel trends, holiday deals, and special campaigns. The nature, frequency, and content of these communications may evolve over time as part of service enhancements.

Influencers with a following over 10,000 may apply. The success of applications may also be influenced by engagement, and audience demographics.

2. Subscription Charges and Contract
   Subscriptions to Trendsetters are available under three pricing models:

• Free Subscription: Provides access to basic communications, including standard deals and updates.
• Monthly Subscription: Provides premium access to exclusive offers and influencer campaigns. Subscribers will be charged a monthly fee of £9.99, billed on the same day each month.
• Annual Subscription: Provides premium access to exclusive offers and influencer campaigns with a discounted annual fee of £99.99. This fee is billed upfront once per year.

Subscriptions are offered on a rolling contract basis, meaning there is no fixed end date. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually, depending on your chosen plan), unless you cancel in accordance with section 7. By subscribing, you authorise Trending Travel to charge the applicable fee using the payment method provided at the time of registration. All fees are non-refundable, except as specified in our refund policy.

You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan in accordance with the amendment policies detailed in section 6.

3. Data Collection, Use, and Protection
   Your personal data, including but not limited to your name, email address, phone number, and billing information, will be collected when you subscribe. This data is stored securely and used to:

• Send you personalised promotional content and updates.
• Notify you of new travel offers, exclusive discounts, and influencer opportunities.
• Process your subscription payments.

We are committed to handling your data in accordance with the UK’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and our Privacy Policy. You can request a copy of your data or its deletion at any time by contacting our Data Protection Officer at hello@trendingtravel.co.uk.

4. Consent and Opt-Out Policy
   By subscribing, you give explicit consent to receive communications from us. You may withdraw your consent and unsubscribe from our services at any time by following the "unsubscribe" link provided in each email or contacting hello@trendingtravel.co.uk. Once unsubscribed, we will cease further communications within 10 business days, except where required for legal or transactional reasons (e.g., confirming the cancellation of a subscription). Separate opt outs will be required for WhatsApp.

5. Subscription Benefits
   As a subscriber, you are entitled to several exclusive perks, including:

• Early Access to Deals: Receive notifications of special travel deals before they are made available to the public.
• Exclusive Campaigns: Invitations to participate in influencer campaigns or join promotional events, such as organised influencer trips.
• Discounted Travel: Access to pre-negotiated, discounted hotel stays and travel packages available to Trendsetters subscribers.
• Potential Earnings: Opportunities to earn commission from traffic or bookings generated through influencer campaigns (subject to individual campaign terms).
• Trendsetter Credits: Accrue credits for participating in certain campaigns or making eligible bookings, which can be redeemed against future Trending Travel deals and stays.

Affiliate Links and Usage Restrictions
Participants in affiliate campaigns must not use any automated systems, bots, or any artificial methods to inflate clicks or traffic to their affiliate links. Trending Travel reserves the right to revoke credits or disqualify participants without notice if we suspect any form of artificial inflation or fraudulent behaviour where users do not have genuine intent to purchase.

Billing for links is based on Trending Travel's internal tracking tools. These may differ to other analytics you are able to access yourself (eg social media statistics) and these are not used for us to calculate the number of link clicks. You can request information on your click numbers at any time by emailing marketing@trendingtravel.co.uk. Trending Travel reserves the right to disqualify links, reduce the value of payments, revoke credit balances or take any other action we deem necessary should we see a) no evidence of any clicks being received or b) suspect/detect any form of artificial inflation or fraudulent behaviour. 

These benefits are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or altered without prior notice. Trending Travel does not guarantee the availability of any specific benefits at any given time.

6. Amendments to Subscription Packages
   You may request changes to your subscription package, such as upgrading, downgrading, or switching between monthly and annual plans. All amendments must follow the same procedure as cancellations (outlined in section 7) and require one calendar month's notice. Amendments will take effect at the end of the current billing period following the notice.

7. Subscription Cancellation
   If you wish to cancel your subscription, you must provide written notice through the form at https://trendsetters.trendingtravel.co.uk/cancel at least 72 hours before the next billing cycle. You must complete the form in its entirety for your request.
   
   7a. Pausing your Subscription
   To request a pause of your Trendsetter membership auto-renewal, you must send a written request to affiliate@trendingtravel.co.uk. This option is not part of the standard membership plan and will only be considered under exceptional circumstances. Requests must be submitted at least 7 days before your next billing cycle, and approval is at the sole discretion of Trending Travel. Pausing auto-renewal will not affect the payment or membership for the current month, and no refunds will be issued for payments already made. To resume your membership, you must again email affiliate@trendingtravel.co.uk, resumption approval also at the discretion of Trending Travel.

Once the cancellation request is processed, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be incurred after the notice period. Failure to provide one month's notice may result in an additional billing cycle charge.

Please note: any outstanding trips you have planned after ending your subscription may be cancelled.

8. Active Subscription Requirement for Bookings, Credits, and Cash Withdrawals
   To qualify for the redemption of discounts, promotional offers, or bookings made through your Trendsetters subscription, you must maintain an active subscription at the time of travel. In the event your subscription lapses prior to the travel date, Trending Travel reserves the right to invoice you for the full public rate of any bookings made under the discounted subscription rate.

This condition also applies to the earning and redemption of Trendsetter Credits. Credits may only be accrued or redeemed while your subscription remains active. If your subscription is canceled or if a payment fails, any accumulated Trendsetter Credits will be forfeited. These credits are not eligible for reinstatement, even if you reactivate your subscription at a later time. Trendsetter Credits are exclusively redeemable against offers and bookings available through Trending Travel.

Cash-Out Option: If you prefer to cash out your credits, you may withdraw your balance at 50% of the total credit value. The minimum withdrawal amount is £25.00. To initiate a withdrawal request, you must contact us via email at affiliate@trendingtravel.co.uk. Please allow up to 30 days for processing any cash withdrawal requests. Withdrawals are limited to one request per 30-day period.

9. Accuracy of Information
   Trending Travel strives to ensure the accuracy of all content, including travel deals, influencer opportunities, and promotional offers shared via subscriptions. However, we cannot guarantee the timeliness or completeness of the information due to factors outside of our control, such as pricing changes by third-party providers or fluctuations in availability.

Trending Travel reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue promotions without prior notice. Subscribers are encouraged to verify the details of offers before making any commitments. Third-party bookings are subject to the respective provider’s terms and conditions.

10. Our New Subscriber Review Process
    Trendsetter Pro members reflect Trending Travel's brand image when they join our exclusive trips. As such, Trending Travel reserves the right to review new Trendsetter Pro subscriptions to gauge whether they are in line with our membership goals. We seek members with a social media following across their accounts of over 10,000. The success of applications may also be influenced by engagement, and audience demographics. We aim to review new membership applications within 24 hours. If you do not meet our membership requirements, you will be informed by email, your membership cancelled and any membership payment refunded in full.

11. Disqualification and Changes to Promotions
    Disqualification
    Trending Travel reserves the right to refuse to award prizes or disqualify any participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe a breach of these terms and conditions has occurred. This includes, but is not limited to, using fraudulent means to participate in promotions or gaining unfair advantage in the use of affiliate links, as outlined above. Late, incomplete, or invalid entries will be automatically disqualified and excluded from any prize draws or promotions.

Changes to Promotions
Trending Travel reserves the right to modify, cancel, or amend any promotions, including prize draws, when deemed necessary due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Such changes will be made only when unavoidable, and every effort will be made to minimize the impact on participants and avoid undue disappointment.

12. Subscription Termination and Suspension
    Trending Travel reserves the right to suspend or terminate your subscription, without notice, if:

• You are found to be in breach of these terms.
• You engage in fraudulent or unlawful activities.
• Your subscription becomes inactive (i.e., no engagement) for an extended period (12 months or more).
• We detect misuse of our content, platform, or any associated services.

Upon termination, you will lose access to any exclusive benefits related to your subscription. Additionally, no further promotional content will be sent to you unless you re-subscribe or engage in another campaign.

13. Limitation of Liability
    Trending Travel operates as an intermediary and does not directly manage the travel packages or services offered by third parties (e.g., airlines, hotels, tour operators). As such, we assume no responsibility for:

• Changes or cancellations made by third-party providers.
• The quality or performance of services provided by external suppliers.
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages resulting from the use of our subscription services.

Subscribers are encouraged to review the terms and conditions of any third-party providers before making a booking.

14. Third-Party Links and Endorsements
    From time to time, communications may include links to third-party websites. These links are provided for your convenience and do not constitute an endorsement of the linked content. Trending Travel is not responsible for the privacy policies or practices of third-party websites. You are encouraged to review the terms of any external sites before engaging with them.

15. Intellectual Property
    All content distributed through our subscription services, including text, images, graphics, logos, and other materials, is owned by or licensed
